This was a template created for a client who was working on writing a piece of web software that he was planning to distribute on the internet as a free download. He contacted me, asking if I would create a user friendly interface to go with his program.
Graphics: I was asked for the design to be mainly graphics free, with some simple professional icons readily available across the internet. The only graphic I had to create was a soft gradient.
Code: This was written in html 5 and css 2.1. It used some simple javascript for the error/okay messages to slowly fade away upon dismissal.
